Community Parking & Visitor Guidelines
To maintain a safe and organized community, please adhere to the following parking and visitor policies. This ensures smooth access for both residents and guests.
Vehicle Registration
All tenant vehicles must be registered to avoid towing.
Registration is a two-step process:
Step 1: Portal Entry: Log in to your MyCommunityVIP portal and enter the required vehicle information.
Once this step is completed, your submission will be sent to the office for approval.
Step 2: Document Submission: Submit proof of valid vehicle insurance or title, along with a clear photo of the vehicle, to the office.
Once all necessary documents are received, the office will approve your registration.
After approval, vehicle passes are assigned electronically through the MyCommunityVIP portal.
G&G Impounding
If your vehicle is towed, contact G&G Impounding for assistance. They are dedicated to providing safe and reliable impounding services with 100% transparency.

Visitor Parking
Visitors staying overnight (7 PM - 7 AM) must have a valid visitor's pass.
Residents are responsible for registering visitors and obtaining necessary permits via the MyCommunityVIP portal.

• Follow the provided Instructions to ensure proper parking for visitors
Parking Restrictions
Residents are not permitted to park in visitor spaces.
Parking on the grass, empty lots, or the street is strictly prohibited.
Violators will be towed immediately without warning and incur a $500 fee per incident/vehicle.
