Community Parking & Visitor Guidelines

To maintain a safe and organized community, please adhere to the following parking and visitor policies. This ensures smooth access for both residents and guests.

Vehicle Registration

All tenant vehicles must be registered to avoid towing. Vehicle registration is completed through the MyCommunityVIP portal and is a two-step process:

Step 1: Residents must log in to their portal and add the vehicle.

During this process, they will enter all required vehicle information.

Residents must also upload the required documents, including proof of vehicle insurance and a clear photo of the vehicle.

Step 2: Once the request and all required documents are submitted, it will be sent to the office for review and approval. After approval, the vehicle will be officially registered.

All vehicle passes are electronic and managed through the MyCommunityVIP portal. No physical sticker is required.
